You were misunderstood by someone who misunderstood themselves.

When we see only areas of ignorance we can infuse with knowledge, understanding, connection & experience.
This is what we align to. 
In sessions we find the areas/roots where we were programmed to view ourselves otherwise, and rewire them. 

Ignorance is not imperfection. 
Ignorance is not fault.
Ignorance may hold growth consequences, but it holds none guilty.
Ignorance punishes none.
Ignorance provides possibility for chosen expansion.

We were created perfectly.
This truth is life-giving so it will awaken new parts of us once chosen and reclaimed within.

Seeing and connecting with our inner child with clarity, innocence, and love.

When we are no longer in a state of fearful, doomed survival. 
Self-perfection is ours in every moment to see, understand, embody and experience life, with innocence, discovery and pleasure.

This is being centred.
This is truth.
This is freedom.

A firm foundation one can stand on, that cannot be shaken by anything other than ones personal, conscious, and individual choice. 🧡
